In any case that you do not like your Fabloe products, here is our policy on returns:

  • Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.  

  • Not all products are eligible for returns. SALE items are not eligible for any exchange or returns.Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

  • We must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time / assist you in sending the parcel back to us.

  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the invoice copy. You must email us about any damaged product with the invoice. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.  

  • Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund / exchange. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your Fabloe account within 24 working hours from when the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

  • If you'd like to receive the amount back in your bank account , we will initiate the refund after we receive your bank account details and  the item, gone through the necessary quality checks.

  • We aim to process all returns within 7 days. If you have any questions about your return, drop us a message at support@fabloe.com.  

  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Fabloe. We would help you out in the best possible way.
